Dude, I was feeling too safe with digital. ctrl Z is a cool net, but traditional makes you think about stuff and deal with the "how in the hell am I going to do that" factor.
It's a blast, plus, I've done all of the trad stuff while waiting in public for stuff. waiting for a bus, during lunch, etc.

I like that you uses traditional mediums when producing art, I need to do the same and take a break from the wacom and spice things up.
